Ministry of Corporate Affairs sets up INC-29 for easy business setup in India

Setting up a business in India is set to become simpler and easier in the coming years as the government has already set up several measures to reduce the time required to set up business in India.

To get things done electronically, the company must first apply to get a digital signature certificate (DSC) from MCA authorized agency or through their website herehttp://mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/Rolecheck.html

Further, the director of the company would require director identification number (DIN) which can be obtained herehttp://mca.gov.in/MinistryV2/din.html

Once the DSC is acquired, the company can e-file INC-29 form and send various supporting documents to Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to get approval for the business.

The time required for the entire process is approximately 2 to 3 weeks and the total cost of setting up business in India is approximately Rs 25000 to Rs 30000 (around USD $500), depending on the type of company.

Sir, I am staying in a flat in a housing complex. The flat is on the 1st floor. There is a common area in front of the flat which belongs to our housing complex. There are about six grown-up boys play cricket and football daily and my flat has been affected on several occasions. The glass windows of my flat were broken on several occasions. I spoke to the parents of the boys and also made complaints to the board of directors of my housing society. They have taken no action so far. This is becoming a grave safety and security problem. The playground is just 100 feet away from the housing complex. but these boys do not want to go and play there. Do I have any legal remedy for this? Can I report the matter to the Police or any other government authorities? Please advise me in this regard. Thank you.
